After squeezing lemon into a glass of water, do not forget to wipe your face with the rest - this is a very good whitening lift. Your skin will thank you for it.

It is important not only what to drink, but also how. You should not drink water in one gulp in the morning: this way it will not saturate all your cells with moisture, but will simply immediately enter the stomach and be very quickly removed from the body by the kidneys.
