Choosing that the total area of ​​the side holes corresponds to the area of ​​the central hole of the shaft will allow achieving such a technical result as ensuring uniform and uninterrupted filling of seeds into the processing zone. Installing scrapers on the upper disk with an adjustable rotation speed will allow you to feed evenly peeled seeds into the zone for separating the husks from the seeds and then into the collection hopper for the finished material. The use of metal discs with rubber linings increases the durability of the device and the quality of processing sunflower seeds. The design of the discs practically does not damage the seeds, which significantly increases the yield of high-quality sunflower seeds.
