Milkshake calories

How many calories are in a milkshake? The calorie content of a drink with the addition of creamy ice cream ranges from 100 to 140 kcal per 100 g, without ice cream - 90 - 100 kcal per 100 g. In addition, milk and fruit “live” in the refrigerator much more often than ice cream.

The finished drink should be poured into clean, dry, very cold glasses. Place the glasses intended for serving the milkshake in the freezer for ten minutes or in the refrigerator for twenty.

Ingredients

  • 80 g fresh or frozen black currants;
  • one small mint leaf;

  1. Sort out fresh currants, wash and dry on a clean towel. Thaw frozen berries, but not completely. They should remain very cold.
  2. Pour blackcurrant berries into a blender, add sugar, mint leaves, and puree.
  3. Pour milk into a blender (from the freezer if the berries are fresh and just cold if frozen), beat until a thick consistency is obtained.
  4. Serve with whole currants and garnish with mint or lemon balm.

My comments

Instead of black currants, you can use red currants, blackberries, and black raspberries. After preparing the puree from these berries, you need to strain it through a sieve to get rid of the seeds, and then continue preparing the drink.

Ingredients

  • 180 ml milk;
  • 125 ml natural yoghurt;
  • one ripe banana;
  • one tablespoon of good cocoa.

How to do it at home

  1. Wash the ripe banana, peel it, cut it into thick rings, put it in a container, and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
  2. Freeze the milk until the first ice appears.
  3. Place banana pieces and cocoa powder in a blender and blend.
  4. Pour milk, yogurt, beat until the drink has a fluffy, thick consistency. The chocolate milkshake is ready. As you can see, preparing it at home is very easy!
