conclusions

Organization and activities of the educational process in 2015/2016 school year, was regulated by the curriculum and class schedule, aimed at:

    • developing in children knowledge, skills and abilities that meet the requirements of state educational standards;
    • development of cognitive and mental activity of children;
    • education of a harmoniously developed personality.

In the educational process, educational programs are implemented, developed in accordance with standard programs recommended by the Ministry of Education, proprietary educational programs, modified educational programs.

Corresponded to the implementation of the methodological theme of the institution “Education and training of a competitive personality, ensuring internal self-confidence, harmony with the outside world in the conditions of the additional education system.”

Ways to solve problems:

Currently Structural connections of all departments of the methodological service require improvement in accordance with modern requirements:

The need to carry out innovative activities leads to the need to create and form temporary creative (research) teams in the departments of parole. In the institution as a whole.

— It is necessary to move from the assimilation of pedagogical technologies (project) to widespread use in educational activities. Currently, in the CE system, the main task is to launch innovations - ideas, approaches, innovations that could provide a qualitative increase in the effectiveness of the educational process, a significant contribution to solving pressing problems in the field of working with children and, accordingly, increasing the demand for additional education among the population .

Implement diagnostic activities to monitor the implementation of educational programs, find positive results, summarizing best practices and at the same time find pain points and, together with the teacher, look for ways to overcome them.

— Use an individual approach to working with heads of methodological associations and teachers. Through study, raise the work of methodological associations to a qualitatively new level.

Based on the results obtained, we believe that in the new academic year it is necessary to continue to deepen the mechanism management activities in the areas presented in the report and at the same time pay attention to the motivation of teachers, children, parents to improve the quality of the educational process; make wider use of modern pedagogical technologies, innovative processes in the organization of educational activities.

Progress reportinstructor for physical culture for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Among the many factors that influence the health of children, physical education occupies a special place in terms of the intensity of its impact. After all, the more active a child’s involvement in the world of movements, the richer and more interesting his physical and mental development, better health. Movements are necessary for a child, as they contribute to the improvement of his physiological systems and, therefore, determine the pace and nature of the normal functioning of the growing organism.

But with the increasing volume of cognitive activity, motor activity began to occupy a more than modest place in the life of a modern child - a preschooler. He spends more and more time computer games, watching TV shows. Against the background of progressive physical inactivity, the task of developing children’s interest in movement, physical education and sports remains relevant.

I carry out work on the physical development of preschool children on the basis of the provisions of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education, in whichphysical development includes gaining experience in the following types of children’s activities: motor, including those associated with performing exercises aimed at developing such physical qualities as coordination and flexibility; promoting the correct formation of the musculoskeletal system of the body, the development of balance, coordination of movement, gross and fine motor skills of both hands, as well as the correct, non-damaging to the body, execution of basic movements (walking, running, soft jumps, turns in both directions), the formation initial ideas about some sports, mastering outdoor games with rules; formation of focus and self-regulation in the motor sphere; formation of healthy lifestyle values, mastery of its elementary norms and rules (in nutrition, physical activity, hardening, in the formation of useful habits, etc.)

To the Education and Training Program in kindergarten I use the following methodological support:

Penzulaeva L.I. Physical education classes in kindergarten. Lesson notes.

Adashkyavichene E.J. Sports games and exercises in kindergarten.

Gavrilova V.V. Entertaining physical education for children 4-7 years old.

The preschool educational institution has created conditions for the implementation of tasks for the development of children's skills, abilities and qualities in accordance with their age capabilities. There is a gym with a variety of equipment for various types movements and handouts for organizing general developmental exercises and outdoor games.

The goals of my work during the 2016-2017 academic year:

  • Formation of children's interest and value attitude towards physical education classes;
  • Harmonious physical development of children by solving the following problems:
  • Development of physical qualities (speed, strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination);
  • Accumulation and enrichment of children’s motor experience (mastery of basic movements);
  • Formation in pupils of the need for motor activity and physical improvement.

VDOU annually monitors the physical development of children. I carry out a diagnostic examination of the level of mastery of basic types of movements by children.I use the diagnostic results to solve the following educational problems:

1) individualization of education (including support for the child, building his educational trajectory or professional correction of his developmental characteristics);

2) optimization of work with a group of children.

Physical education and health work is carried out by me through various shapes motor activity of children: physical education classes, sports and outdoor games, physical education holidays and entertainment.

I believe, that physical education lessonis the main form of organized education in preschool educational institutions. With kids preschool age I conduct the following types of physical education classes during the school year:

  • Classical classes (according to the scheme: introductory-preparatory part, main, final parts).
  • Game activities (using games: folk outdoor games, relay games, attraction games, etc.).
  • Training type activities (walking, running, drills, sport games, climbing exercises, acrobatic elements, ball exercises, etc.).
  • Subject-based lessons - complex (united by a specific plot, orienteering, with speech development, with quizzes, etc.).
  • Classes in the series “Studying your body” (talking about your body, learning self-massage, instilling basic skills in self-care and first aid).
  • Thematic classes (with one type of physical exercise).
  • Control and testing classes (implementation of delays in the development of a child’s motor skills and ways to eliminate them).

To conduct classes I select physical exercise, I determine the sequence of their implementation, draw up a summary plan, think through the methodology, prepare the equipment, place it, monitor the creation of sanitary and hygienic conditions, and the children’s clothing.

When organizing a physical education class, I definitely take into account:

  • strict regulation of children’s activities and dosing of physical activity;
  • optimal motor activity children;
  • so that each previous lesson is connected with the next one and forms a system of lessons;
  • compliance with the age and level of preparedness of children;
  • available equipment and musical accompaniment.

I widely use the following form with children throughout the year:physical education,since it increases interest in classes, has a beneficial effect on the child’s body, consolidates motor skills and abilities, develops motor qualities (speed, dexterity), promotes a sense of collectivism, friendship, develops endurance, attention, courage, perseverance, organization.It includes in its content outdoor games, relay races, tasks, and various movements already familiar to children.

When spending my free time, I set the following tasks:

  • develop in children the ability to creatively apply their motor experience in conditions of emotional communication with peers,
  • teach them to take initiative in various types activities.

Thus, during the school year, the following sports events and leisure activities were held with the children: “Dad, Mom, I am a sports family” in the preparatory school group, “Fun Starts” in the senior and preparatory school groups, “Air is invisible” V middle group, “The Adventures of Pinocchio” in the senior group.

During 2016-2017, she took part in methodological events of the preschool educational institution, in holidays and entertainment.

Development lines:

Continue to improve the system of activities aimed at improving children’s knowledge about the need for healthy way life, instilling an interest in physical education and sports; adjust the joint work of preschool educational institutions and families on issues of physical development of preschool children.

^ EFFICIENCY MARK

ACTIVITIES OF THE METHODOLOGICAL SERVICE

The criteria on the basis of which the requirements for the professional activities of an instructor-methodologist are imposed:

  1. Level of special knowledge and skills.

  2. Analytical and organizational skills.

  3. Efficiency and determination.

  4. Personal communication qualities.

  5. The effectiveness of professional activities.
It is the result that is available for measurement and evaluation not only by the instructor-methodologist himself, but also by the consumer and customer of methodological work - the trainer - that becomes an incentive to improve the qualifications of a methodological service employee.

^ The most common problems of the methodological service that reduce the efficiency of its functioning:

Inconsistency of the actual content of methodological work in the institution (Youth Sports School, Sports School, Sports School, etc.) with the modern level of scientific achievements and sports training;

Lack of consideration of real needs in methodological support of the educational and training process;

Lack of a differentiated approach in organizing methodological work with different specialists; different levels of training and professional competence trainers and teachers;

Employment of instructors-methodologists with work that does not correspond to their job responsibilities and professional qualifications (office work, personnel records, typing work, auxiliary activities of various kinds);

Lack of clear criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the methodological service;

Lack of development of the system of interaction between trainers-teachers and methodological service specialists;

Insufficient qualifications of the instructors-methodologists themselves (in order to successfully carry out advisory, analytical and other types of activities, the methodologist must be a highly competent specialist, but in practice this is often one of the least qualified employees of a sports institution).

Principles, on which the work of the methodological service is based:
