Kefir okroshka

Hard boil one egg and a couple of medium sized potatoes. You will also need two fresh cucumbers and various herbs (dill, green onions, parsley). All ingredients are crushed, mixed and poured with a liter of kefir. To prepare, use one percent chilled kefir.

Mushroom okroshka

This recipe includes: a liter of kvass (preferably bread), 300 grams of boiled potatoes, 200 grams of boiled mushrooms (white ones are suitable), a clove of garlic, a small bunch of green onions and about 50 grams of yogurt. Preparing okroshka is easy - you just chop the ingredients, finely chop the onion and garlic, then season it all with kvass and then add yogurt. Stir, garnish with herbs before eating and enjoy the dish!

Meat okroshka

Prepare in advance 400 grams of boiled chicken (use skinless breast), a couple of boiled potatoes, two boiled eggs, 200 grams of boiled cauliflower, a bunch of radishes (fresh), as well as a liter of kvass, a little sour cream and herbs (dill, parsley). Choose low-fat sour cream.

Potatoes, eggs and chicken must be cut into small cubes, cut the radishes so that you get thin circles and divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences. Mix the ingredients, season with a small amount of spices and pour in kvass. Keep the greens and sour cream separately and add a little to each new portion before you sit down to eat.

Fish okroshka

This okroshka is prepared from 30 grams of boiled fish (preferably cod), three hard-boiled eggs, four fresh cucumbers, a small bunch of fresh radishes, four boiled potatoes, a liter of kvass and various herbs (dill and parsley). The ingredients are chopped, poured with kvass and mixed.

If you follow the strict type of this diet (no more than one and a half liters of okroshka per day), you will lose about 5 extra pounds in 7 days.

If you prefer to consume okroshka at your own discretion (as much as you want), then in a week you will be able to lose about two kilograms.
