    Preparation:
    So, wash the wings thoroughly. Trim off excess skin, dry it and put it in a convenient container. Then add to the wings: finely chopped tomato (without skin), onion, bell pepper, herbs. Add a couple of pinches of coriander and cinnamon, a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and pour in soy sauce, which replaces salt. So try the marinade. It is important that it does not turn out too salty or, on the contrary, lightly salted.
    Mix everything well with your hands. The picture should turn out approximately the same as in the photograph. Then cover the dishes and marinate for about 2 hours.
    Then place the marinated wings on a wire rack. The coals should not be too strong, otherwise the chicken will burn quickly.
    The wings cook quite quickly. Don't forget to turn the grill so that the wings are cooked on all sides. To make the meat cook faster, pierce each piece with a fork.

    8. Garlic chicken wings

    Ingredients
    - Chicken wings - 1 kg
    - Vinegar (white wine) - 1 tbsp. l.
    - Onion - 1 pc.
    - Garlic (crushed) - 6 teeth.
    - Chili pepper (chopped) - 2 pcs.
    - Sweet paprika (ground) - 1 tbsp. l.
    - Hot paprika (ground) - 1 tsp.
    - Olive oil (or vegetable oil) - 60 ml
    - Oregano (dried) - 1 tbsp. l.
    - Salt (to taste)

    Preparation:
    Cut off the tips of the wings, discard. Cut the wings into two parts, add salt to taste. Cut the onion thinly into half rings. Prepare the marinade: mix vinegar, olive oil, onion, garlic, chili pepper, paprika and oregano. Mix the wings with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight (I left it overnight). Place the wings along with the marinade on a baking sheet in one layer. Bake, uncovered, at 180-190*C for about 40-50 minutes until done.

    9. Chicken wings in honey sauce

    Preparation:
    It's very easy to prepare and they turn out very tasty. And so to cook chicken wings in honey sauce you need half a kilo of chicken wings. Next, we start preparing the marinade for chicken wings, for this we will need 60 grams of honey, 140 grams of soy sauce, squeeze the juice out of half a lemon, 20 grams of ginger (grated root), 10 grams of curry powder, salt and place everything in a small saucepan. Mix well and pour our marinade over the chicken wings. And leave for an hour in a cool place.

    Then take a frying pan, preferably wide, so that all the chicken wings can fit and pour in 60 grams of vegetable oil, then put the chicken wings in the frying pan and fry on all sides until golden brown. Next, reduce the heat a little, pour in the remaining marinade, cover with a lid and simmer for about fifteen minutes. And now the chicken wings in honey sauce are ready to eat.

    10. Chicken wings in beer

    Preparation:
    It turns out very delicious snack. In order to cook chicken wings in beer, you first need to peel and put 6 cloves of garlic (large), 10 grams of curry (powder), and 10 grams of salt in a blender cup. Grind everything until smooth.

    Next, take 1 kilogram of chicken wings, wash well and cut into pieces. Then rub them with the resulting paste and put them in a cool place for an hour. Then we transfer the chicken wings to a baking sheet and pour in one and a half liters of light beer, then put it in a preheated oven at 220 C for about forty minutes.

    After the chicken wings are cooked, place them in a dish, preferably deep, and pour the sauce that remains after baking on top. Well, the chicken wings in beer are ready to eat.
