ritetag.com- everything seems to be so well done, convenient, beautiful... But it’s quite poor at communicating with the Russian language, there are few relevant tags compared to Hashtagify, but very good and clear analytics. For bourgeois projects it will go just fine.

MyTager is an application for iPhone owners. You enter a word, and it shows you a selection of hashtags for that word. I don’t have an iPhone, so I couldn’t test it :)
