Creating races in gta 5. Creating the perfect race in the GTA Online editor. Is it possible to store more cars in garages?

See Bolingbroke prison in the game GTA V you can by opening the map, but you can only get to it by helicopter. To do this, the character needs to call his air transport and fly over the Grand Senora desert, and then fly over the Trevor Phillips Industries landing strip. Following this path, the gamer will soon see Bolingbroke Prison, which in the game is located near the hills of Vinewood.
But it is not recommended to fly into the prison territory by helicopter, since the character will be immediately discovered by the guards of the prison complex and shot with firearms. Let's take a closer look at the issue GTA 5 how to get to prison?

Where can I get a helicopter in GTA 5 to go to prison?

Of course, on the personal helicopter pads of the game’s main characters:
for Trevor, this is an airfield in the desert, which is located next to a hangar for aircraft and military equipment;
for Michael and Franklin - the La Puerta area.

Please note that in GTA 5 you can get a helicopter for free. And it is called using the joystick button (before this you need to approach the helipad). You can also buy a helicopter by paying only 1.6 million in-game dollars. After making a purchase, the helicopter will be delivered to the character’s takeoff pad (in the next game day). Its capacity is 4 people, and maximum speed– 160 km/h.

What does Bolingbroke Prison look like?

How can a GTA 5 player understand where is the prison? Everything is very simple: the gamer needs to fly the way described in the first paragraph of this article. Having followed exactly the indicated route, the player will soon see a large, well-lit (at night) location. This is the prison complex. On the grounds of Bolingbroke Prison there are large observation towers (about ten), from which prisoners are monitored around the clock. And the prison itself is surrounded by an electric fence from the outside. The prison complex contains many two-story buildings in which criminals are kept. There are also buildings for security here. There are courtyards in the middle of Bolingbroke's grounds where prisoners walk during the daytime. On the territory of the prison you can also see buses in which convicts are brought for further serving of their prison sentence.

Visually prison in GTA 5 is very similar to the real-life “Victorville” - a maximum security prison located in the state of California. It houses about 960 prisoners.

If a player with his character flies into the prison territory using a helicopter, he will be noticed by security from the observation towers and over the radio communication in the helicopter the player will hear the following voice message: “Attention. This is a restricted area. Turn around immediately." The character will have some time to follow the advice. In addition, the player will hear the howl of a siren and see a commotion among the guards of the prison complex, and fire will immediately be opened on the helicopter itself. Already in the helicopter, the character can be shot. By the way, it is impossible to run inside the building. The character will need to quickly get away from the prison to avoid death. If the character does not do this, but, on the contrary, lands the helicopter and gets out of it, he will definitely be shot by the guards. We hope you understand the issue GTA 5 how to go to jail.

- To play GTA: Online, the main thing is to have a licensed GTA 5 disc and an Internet connection. With a pirated version, multiplayer will not start, and the console may get banned. After starting the disc with "Five", you can select "Download GTA: Online" during loading. There is a small time limit - if a single game has already loaded, you will need to switch to “Online” from there. There are two more ways: through the circle of characters (the multiplayer hero is at the bottom, his or her color is blue) or through the pause menu. Select the “Network” tab, then “Play GTA: Online” and create a new session or connect to one created by others. The first two methods will connect to a random session (first they will find those with members of your team or friends, if there are none, they will select the one where the players are closer to you in level and skills). Only the third method (via the pause menu) guarantees entry into one of the required types of sessions (more on this below).

2. Do I need a Gold account (paid subscription for Xbox 360) to play GTA: Online?

- Xbox 360 owners really need a Gold account (paid subscription) on Xbox Live to play GTA: Online, but PS3 owners do not need a paid PlayStationPlus subscription, just registering with PSNetwork.

3. Why register with RGSC before playing GTA: Online?

- Registration in the “Social Club” will give the player not only the opportunity to join teams and access to his statistics and photo storage, but also a lot of pleasant bonuses: Sawed-off Shotgun, Annis Elegy RH8 sports car, John Marston’s paternal gene and a ticket to everything online -events hosted by Rockstar.

4. How to get bonus cars?

- To receive one Annis Elegy RH8 sports car for each hero, including multiplayer, you need to register with RGSC. To get one Hotknife for each single-player hero and a Khamelion EV for multiplayer, you need to redeem the code included in the boxes of the Special and Collector's Editions.

5. What sessions are there in GTA: Online?

- There are a lot of options for connecting to a session: you can create a new one that players can connect to, you can connect to others yourself, you can play in a session with friends or team members, or you can create your own personal session that no one can connect to. The last option is usually used to complete a task or open an achievement without outsiders.

6. How to create a private private session?

- Go to the “Network” tab in the pause menu, from there, through “Play GTA: Online”, to “Create a personal session”.

7. How many characters can you create in GTA: Online?

- In the regular edition of the game, only two character slots are available, each of them needs to be downloaded and supplied with real estate and junk separately. In the special and collector's editions, you can create as many as five multiplayer characters.

8. Is it possible to play as a woman in GTA: Online?

- You can play as both a man and a woman. Different sexes have different wardrobes, although some habits are quite the same. Apparently, the developers made a mistake here by giving female characters the same animations, for example, when visiting a strip club or a prostitute, as men.

9. Is it possible to store more cars in garages?

- No. The same system works as in individual garages in a single player game. It will be possible to drive only the allowed number of vehicles into the garage: 2, 6 or 10. In addition, the player can only have one garage, therefore, the maximum number parking spaces in GTA: Online - 10 (ten).

10. How to open new tasks, new clothes, new weapons, etc.?

- To unlock new tasks, new clothes, new weapons, new modifications for cars, etc., you need to increase the level of your character by earning reputation points.

11. How can I quickly increase my level (earn reputation points) without using prohibited methods and bugs?

- The first 20-30 levels are achieved by carefully studying the game world and activities in it. Further - it’s harder. The method described below describes leveling up your character as quickly as possible, but it may seem quite boring, although not always. So, let's start the race around the Bolingbroke prison (on the map this is a characteristic polygon, near the route from Los Santos to Sandy Shores). The task is called “Criminal Dossier” (in a short period of time it has become, perhaps, the most visited among players). Due to the length of the circle, gaining reputation points (RP) occurs very quickly. You can get points by running circles alone, but more RP is given if there is at least one opponent. By the way, you don’t have to win. Having completed one lap, you get so many points that RP points in prize fund may seem like a small thing. Unfortunately, you cannot score points for each lap by setting them to 99. Around level 50, the maximum points will be earned by a race of 3-4 laps. Closer to the 80th number of laps you need to set it to 3, and then even less - 2. The fact is that more and more often the limiter will be triggered, which sets a limit on the set of RP points in one task. For the first round you are given about 3000 points, for the second - about 1000. With desire and the proper perseverance, you can reach a really high level quite quickly.

12. What is the main task in GTA: Online?

- As in other online games, the main task is to become the coolest player among many others. To do this, you need to increase the character’s level, earning RP reputation points, and, having discovered new weapons and other “goodies,” you need to buy weapons and upgrades for them with money. In addition, for money you can buy apartments with garages, cars with modifications and clothes with other accessories. In general, the two main goals are to gain reputation points (RP) and earn in-game money ($). On the other hand, GTA: Online is not in vain built on the same concept as the single parts of the series, where the open world and freedom of action are taken as the basis. Therefore, each player is free to choose the main tasks for himself.

13. How to create a rally? How to create a GTA race? How to create a team deathmatch?

- To create a rally or GTA race, you need to select one of the tracks (tasks) and indicate the desired type of race in the lobby. To create a team deathmatch, you need to find a suitable task or set the team type of firefight in the lobby of a single deathmatch.

14. How to do a roll?

- Roll can be done by simultaneously pressing the L2 and Square keys for PS3 and the LT and X keys for Xbox 360.

15. How to make a dash at the start of a race?

- For a sharp start, you need to press the key responsible for the gas pedal (R2 button for PS3 and RT for Xbox 360) at the moment when the “GO!” signal appears. When counting from 3 to 1, do not press anything.

16. Is it possible to change a character's name in GTA Online?

- It is forbidden. It is tied to your console account.

17. How to transfer progress from one console to another?

- Transferring progress is only possible to the updated version of the game (for PS4, Xbox One and PC). More details about this process are written in a separate article.

18. How to save your favorite default weapon in GTA Online?

- Go to single player GTA game 5, buy your favorite weapon from Ammu-Nation, save. After loading into GTA Online, you will see your favorite weapons in the right slots. Now there is no need to frantically switch the weapon you need.

19. Are add-ons for GTA: Online no longer available on PS3 and Xbox 360?

- That's right, add-ons for Online stopped coming out in mid-2015 - they became the last big ones for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. The developers announced this in advance and prepared players for it. Currently, only small updates are being released to improve the operation of the anti-cheat system and eliminate problems found in the game.

By the way, do you already have GTA 5? If not, then you can play GTA Online for free right now with all the additions from Rockstar Games.

Start

First of all, you must decide what kind of competition you want to create. Will it be a race by land, sea or air, a cross-country ride on two wheels, a coast-to-coast race in classic sports cars, a city cruise in fighter jets, or something completely different? Once you decide on the type of race, you will give your creation a form, and then you can work on the content.

The Race Options menu allows you to customize a number of settings, including available vehicles, time of day, number of laps, and weather conditions. Don't worry, all of these details can be changed later if you change your mind or discover any flaws during testing.

First, place the starting grid.

Choosing a place, choosing a place, choosing a place

Your first step in creating a race is to place your trigger. This is the location that Free Roam players wishing to participate in your race must visit, as well as the approximate location of the starting grid. If you are far from the point where you would like to start the race, simply press the Start button and select the desired location on the map to instantly move there. You can also take a photo that will be displayed as the background of the lobby where players wait for the race to begin.

Next, you need to place control points that determine the race route. Use the left stick (left stick) to move around the game world, the right stick (right stick) to pan the camera, and use the L2 (left trigger) and R2 (right trigger) buttons to zoom. Take your time to study the map carefully and decide what terrain is best to navigate based on the parameters you set in the Race Options menu (but keep in mind that these can be changed at any time).

If you want to insert a new waypoint between two existing ones, make sure the new waypoint touches the blue line connecting the other two, otherwise it will be placed at the end of the route. If the blue line changes color to yellow, it means that check Point will be placed between the other two.

If you have selected "Laps" as the Course Type in the Race Options menu, keep in mind that your course must be a loop. If you selected “Point to Point”, then the last checkpoint will automatically turn into the finish line. Please note that the race, regardless of race type, must be at least 0.62 miles in length and at least one test must be completed before posting (though we recommend testing the race several times to ensure there are no errors).

Ideal placement

You have the opportunity to add game world, placing objects, weapons and boosters on the track. This allows you to make your creation unique, so don't neglect this feature!

If you want to arrange a GTA race, you can place weapons, first aid kits and boosters on the track. These are all located in the Deployment > Weapons menu, and objects can be found in the Deployment > Objects menu. By skillfully placing objects, you can block the passage across the bridge, build a springboard to make the competition spectacular in Vinewood style, or come up with something else - it all depends on your imagination. You can also place a stunt jump so that a specific camera angle is used when using a certain springboard. To do this, you need to place two markers: one at the end of the springboard from which the players will jump, and another one in the place where the camera will be located. Use the analog sticks to change the camera's height.

Find the perfect spot for a spectacular jump...

Land, water or air?

Creating races on land and races on water is the same, with the only difference being that in one, checkpoints can only be placed on land, and in the other, only on water. Also keep in mind that some objects can only be placed on certain surfaces: buoys and water ramps, for example, are designed exclusively for water competitions.

When creating air races, you also need to set the height of each control point. To raise the point, use the left joystick, and to lower it, use the right one.

One, two, three, check

As with everything in game development, it takes a lot of testing and polish to create something truly special. You can select “Test” at any time and ride along the track (all changes made will be saved). If you see something you don't like, you can return to the editor by pressing the down directional button ("down" on the D-pad) and redo the selected element - or even the entire race. You can also switch to the game view by pressing the Select (Back) button and place checkpoints and objects while driving around the track in your chosen vehicle. This method not only allows you to place control points on the fly, but also helps you place objects in places that the editor cursor cannot reach, such as in tunnels.

When testing a race, it is important to check that all spawn points are working, especially if there is an obstacle or large structure near them.

From scratch

This can happen to anyone: suddenly it turns out that the track leads to nowhere, and the jumble of checkpoints looks even more pathetic than Trevor’s hair. If you suddenly want to start over, you can delete all (or all) checkpoints using the Placement > Removal Settings menu (you can also delete all weapons, all objects, all dynamic objects, and all stunt jumps).

...And publish the race on the Social Club for everyone to enjoy.
  • Always make sure the next checkpoint is easy to see. The winner of your race should be determined by skill, not chance.
  • On sharp turns, place a control point before the apex. Then the player will be able to slow down in time and maintain the optimal trajectory.
  • A well-placed checkpoint will warn the player of an approaching turn much more effectively than, say, a pile of broken down buses.
  • Using the description, you can tell players how best to complete your race. If for example you use a large number of objects to create barricades and testing has shown that this race is best played with traffic turned off, please let players know.
  • Make sure that weapons and first aid kits are located at a sufficient distance from each other so that one player cannot pick up both at once. The leader should not have too obvious an advantage, otherwise your GTA race will be uninteresting to play.
  • Weapons, especially missiles, should not be placed too often: they should be an "ace in the hole" and not a constant irritating element of the competition. Place weapons where players will need them most, such as at the beginning of a long straight section.
  • Remember that all created races can become GTA races, but only if you place weapons on the track. If your racer can be played in both standard and GTA formats, players will be incentivized for repeat runs.
  • Don't overdo the jumps. If there are too many of them or they are in the wrong places, this will disrupt the flow of the race, and your creation will be remembered by the participants in a completely different way than you would like.
  • Boosters should be placed on straight sections of the track and key overtaking areas where they will be most useful.
  • Do not place stunt jumps before turns, otherwise the player may lose sight of his car.
  • Vehicles for a race should always be selected according to the terrain on which the race is taking place. Compact cars are best suited to winding street circuits, while SUVs are designed to handle the slushy roads of Blaine County. If you have a mixed lineup of cars, such as sports cars and SUVs, your race should alternate between different types of terrain so that no one competitor has an advantage. In addition, you can lay out the route in places where participants have the opportunity to choose an alternative route - for example, along mountainous sections where motorcyclists can take a shortcut at the risk of their lives. Balance is the key to success, and the only way to achieve it is through rigorous testing. Complete the race in different types of cars until you understand exactly how much time each type of vehicle needs to get to the finish line.
  • In air racing, force pilots to move either vertically or horizontally to avoid long, monotonous straight-line movements. In addition, airplanes do not have brakes, so if you make a turn that is too sharp, it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to complete your route. When you set up control points, it makes sense to switch to the in-game camera to understand how maneuverable a particular aircraft is.
  • If you want to really test the pilots, place checkpoints in places where the player is in danger of crashing into something. For example, a series of control points located above and below the bridge will weed out those players who do not know how to dive and gain altitude. And if the control point is between two skyscrapers, players will have to pass the buildings by turning the plane sideways.
  • The main thing is more imagination. Experiment and have fun!

In GTA 5 online.

Today you will learn all the features.

But first, let me make a reservation: the definition of “play” is not entirely correct.

After all, you will be playing the GTA Online game, and not part of the Big Auto Theft franchise. The dynamics of the gameplay are different, although the transport, the city and everything else remain the same.

In this article I will talk about the main modes of GTA 5 and other features. No registration is required to start playing. By purchasing a license, you immediately enter multi-user mode; you don’t need to donate. That is, you only need to pay for the game client and play for free online.

From this article you will learn:

How to play GTA 5

It's simple - start the game. And choose - Download GTA Online. There is little time for everything. Therefore, I recommend logging in from single-player mode, and then choosing whether to switch to multiplayer using the menu pause or by selecting characters.

As I said, registration is not required. But it has many advantages. Registered users of the Rockstar Games Social Club receive many bonuses, including free motorcycles and shotguns.

Playing on consoles and PC - differences

The player can conquer the expanses of Blaine County and Los Santos on personal computer, and on the console.

To play online, you just need to register with PlayStation Network. Those who play GTA 5 on Xbox have to be content with single-player mode or pay for Gold status.

Online modes

Launching GTA is easy. Now let's get acquainted with the modes. There are several of them in GTA Online.

1. Free mode. Appeared for the first time in GTA 4, after which it migrated further with minor changes. Multiplayer mode.
2. Deathmatch. Several players can play. The winners receive game currency. There are also team battles, as well as the Last Team Stading mode (a special feature - those who fall cannot rise).
3. Race – gives you the opportunity to get hold of cash and reputation points. There are several races: cycling, water, air, classic.
4. Rally. Unlike racing, there is a navigator who coordinates the actions.
5. Capture. Team mode with your own bases. The winner is the one who brings the opponent's valuable object to the base.
6. Capture with hold - everything is the same as in the previous mode. But the valuable item is located between the bases.
7. Survival. Everything is clear without further ado - the player must survive at any cost.
8. Retention. Players find or take away valuable objects from their opponents. The one who gets more wins.
9. Raid. Team battle. Gamers sneak into the enemy base and steal items.
10. Parachuting. 8 players can take part, landing from a bird's eye view. The task is to complete the championship tasks in flight.
11. Confrontation. It is impossible to describe the mode, since the rules are constantly changing.
12. Robbery. Players rob in every possible way and escape from prison.

GTA 5 gameplay - features

You'll see Martin Madrazo in a building that was razed to the ground in single player by Michael and Franklin. For their actions, players are awarded game currency and reputation points. There is a system of levels (ranks). The higher the character's rank, the more influential he becomes.

As you move up the rank ladder, new vehicles, missions, weapons, and ways to change the character’s appearance become available.

In single player mode, the police are not as aggressive as in multiplayer mode. Yes, there’s one more thing – hiding from a cop in GTA 5 is not so easy.

The developers also provided for the punishment of violators. Those who break the rules are temporarily banned. During this period, the player can only play with the same guilty players.

Game currency

Money is important in GTA Online. After all, this is a life simulator. Game currency can be earned in different ways by winning battles, completing tasks, and so on. There is also a donation.

Prices: an apartment costs from 80,000 to 500 GTA dollars, a garage - from 25,000 to 100,000. Don’t forget, you will have to buy a lot of other things.

Gangs

Gangster groups are divided into public and honest. The first ones do not know restrictions on the number of people. The latter have restrictions - no more than 1,000. If a player takes part in an affair with a gang, he is entitled to a cash bonus and reputation points. The founders of the gang choose a color, an emblem, a name.

Where to start the game

After completing the tutorial missions, I recommend moving on to golf or darts. These games allow you to earn 2,000 reputation points. Once you receive the money, immediately send it to the bank using your smartphone. If you don't do this, the cash will disappear after a loss.

Buy a garage first, the apartment will wait. If you play on a console, connect your Social Club profile to account Play Station Network for PS. This gives access to Elegy RH8. After making a purchase, dial the mechanic’s number, which is already in your contacts, and ask to deliver the car.

There are a lot of ways to make money in GTA 5, I won’t describe them in detail here. I will dedicate this topic detailed guide. So don't miss it. To do this, just subscribe to blog updates. In the meantime, I say goodbye to you for a moment. Good luck to all!
