  • ¼ tsp. turmeric;
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.

We wash the beans from the jar and place them in a “basin” or other, less authentic, container for Olivier salad. We peel the boiled carrots and potatoes and, taking a deep breath, begin to cut them into small cubes.

When you get tired of cutting boiled potatoes (I get bored very quickly for some reason :)), we take on the cucumber. It also needs to be turned into small cubes, but here is another case: the smell! intoxicating fresh smell! Without leaving the state of euphoria, we quickly cut the potatoes. Peas, thank the gods, do not require cutting. Drain the liquid from the jar and add the peas to the salad.

Now it's time for mayonnaise. I found the recipe for vegetarian mayonnaise here and slightly adjusted it to my taste. It's easy to prepare - mix all the ingredients thoroughly and voila!

  • peas (canned) - 1 jar;
  • turmeric - 0.3 tsp;
  • asafoetida - 0.25 tsp;
  • salt - a pinch.

Preparation:
