I tried for a long time to get through to the manager, hoping to get a written report. And when I got through, I found out that the head of the laboratory died immediately after the interview. I don’t know whether to regard this as an unpleasant coincidence... But here’s what happens: the press chuckled for a long time about the gender of the dwarf, considering what was said in the interview to be scientific truth, but... there is no truth. V.Ch.: I posted this document on my page on the Internet, but of course, an article in the central press would have had an incomparably greater effect. V.Ch.: Because we should not lose sight of the reasonable question: where did the dwarf come from? As far as I can imagine the chronology of events, it started like this: at the beginning of summer, local young guys relaxing on the lake saw a UFO land in the forest. A glow spread at the landing site, in the rays of which they noticed strange creatures. There were four or five of them, and they were moving towards the people. The youth were scared. The police were called. A local policeman arrived at the scene, saw the aliens, grabbed his service pistol and, out of fear, shot at them several times. Later I tried to find this policeman and talk to him, but I could not find him. By that time, he had managed to resign from the authorities and left those places. So the story is known to me from the words of his brother and colleagues, who claimed that the law enforcement officer almost lost his mind after this meeting. By the way, all the police officers involved in the story with aliens, including the above-mentioned investigators Mokichev and Bendlin, subsequently resigned from the ranks of the police.

V.Ch.: Yes, I managed to find this place, and I even cut down a tree growing nearby to check the version of a UFO landing. V.Ch.: Please. One person told me how at night he was driving towards Kyshtym and saw two strange creatures on the road, next to his car. He stopped, but did not dare to get out of the car. Another episode was also sketched by me from the words of an eyewitness. A local resident who held a leadership position in one of the Kyshtym institutions approached me and told me about the visit of a dwarf, but a different one. When she woke up, her first thought was about the dwarf and the money left on the table. Apparently quite a lot of time had passed. The door to the house, which had been carefully closed earlier, stood wide open, but the money was not missing - it was in place, and nothing had disappeared from the apartment at all. Who and how managed to open the door from the inside while she was sleeping is a mystery. Even if we assume that this was the work of the dwarf, it is not clear how he reached the latch. Why the dwarf came is unknown. The last thing the woman remembered was that he looked at her for a long time, and then went under the bed.
I have no doubt about the veracity of her story. No sane person would invent such a thing, at the risk of seeming crazy, but that woman certainly valued her reputation and position. She asked that her last name not be used under any circumstances. The main motive that prompted her, overcoming awkwardness, to tell this story to me: “Don’t think that “Alyoshenka” was alone.” However, by that time I already knew that there were several dwarfs.

Is the death of Tamara Prosvirina also somehow connected with the remaining dwarfs?
V.Ch.: It's hard to say, but the story of her death is dark. The official version is an accident. Three years after the story with “Alyoshenka,” on the night of August 5, 1999, she again heard a call that prompted her to go out into the street, where she was hit and killed by a car. There are a lot of strange things here. Starting with the fact that the dirt road where Prosvirina was hit is not a well-trodden asphalt highway that divides the village of Kaolinovy ​​in half. This small road runs in the back settlement, and cars pass there at most once a week. According to the policemen with whom I spoke, there were two oncoming cars. Sometimes a dangerous situation arises on the roads when a person, running away from one car, gets hit by another. This happened with Tamara Prosvirina. Where did two oncoming cars come from at night on a dark country road, where no one drives during the day... Moreover, Prosvirina ended up between them - the situation is on the verge of fantasy. But this is not the only strange thing.
When I started asking about the culprit of the accident, it turned out that no criminal case had been opened regarding the death of the pedestrian. I don’t know how to explain this - our carelessness or some supernatural reasons... The police told me that they didn’t open a criminal case because Prosvirina was supposedly crazy. But even if so, from a legal point of view, a criminal case should be opened in any case. Yes, it is possible that Prosvirina died due to her own negligence, but this should be established by the investigation. But he was not there. Whether Prosvirina’s death was an absurd accident or the result of an assassination attempt is unknown. Vadim, where did the version come from that Tamara Prosvirina was “called” to this road at night? After all, if she died, there was no one to tell about it...
V.Ch.: You are right, of course, it is impossible to say anything categorically. Prosvirina’s body was found several tens of meters from her house, on a dirt road. It was noteworthy that the woman was dressed at home. They don’t leave the house looking like this, especially at a late hour; they run out like this at breakneck speed, in some emergency circumstances...

V.Ch.: Yes. If we return to this comparison, we can put forward the following version of what happened.
It is still unknown who the Kyshtym dwarf was - the product of a mutation, as skeptics claim, or an extraterrestrial being. There is a common point of view: they say, if the dwarf is still a person - a victim of radiation, for example - then this story is not interesting. I am convinced of the opposite. If one day, as a result of research, it is established that “Alyoshenka” is related to the homo species, this will give us a wealth of material. How could a creature without a navel be formed in utero, and how could it manage to survive without having excretory organs?! If so, then maybe our internal organs are not so necessary for us... In a word, if the dwarf is still a person, then I think the story becomes much more interesting!
And if “Alyoshenka” was an alien from outer space... Here you can compare him with a training violator who did not shoot and did not cause any harm. What kind of reception did your brother in mind receive on Earth? Enthusiastic crowds, red carpets, press conferences, attention from security services? Nothing like this! These two, I emphasize, acted contrary to the general mood, and each of them suffered in one way or another. The case of the Kyshtym dwarf shows what we as a civilization are ready for. Or rather, on the contrary: we are not at all ready for contact with extraterrestrial intelligent beings. Today, this is, in my opinion, the main result of the Kyshtym history.

Everyone who happened to see the “baby” said that this “baby,” only 25 cm tall, had no umbilical cord, no genitals, no excretory organs. The hands and feet have five fingers, like a human. Only the hands were very similar to the feet. Apparently, the creature could move on both two and four limbs. It looked like it could pass, climb where it was beyond the power of man or animal. From time to time his gray skin was covered with perspiration, which had a sweetish smell. Most likely, this was the excretion system. But most of all, eyewitnesses were struck by the humanoid’s head: the complete absence of a neck and ears, a small nose, huge eyes, devoid of eyelids, and a reasonable look. The creature's mouth could stretch to the ears as it began to make sounds similar to a gopher whistle. On the head, unlike the body, there was no hair and fontanel, usual for infants. After his death, it was established that the skull consisted of four bone plates, divided in the middle by a kind of keel. Prosvirina was not completely alone. Her daughter-in-law, Tamara Alferova, looked after her - she cooked and cleaned. And when she went on shift, Galina Alferova, Tamara’s mother, looked after her grandmother. With Galina, her tenant Vladimir Nurdinov often came to Prosvirina. All these people saw Alyoshenka alive. And, of course, a few more neighbors. They all described his appearance in approximately the same way. Here is Tamara Alferova’s testimony: “It didn’t look like a child at all. A week later, Galina Alferova, having learned that her grandmother was in the hospital, came with Nurdinov to check her apartment. Upon entering the room, they smelled a strange smell. Alyoshenka was dead. Most likely he simply died of hunger. However, the smell from the dead body was not like a corpse, it was more like the smell of synthetic resins. Returning to the department, Mokichev told his colleagues about what he had seen. They laughed at him, and only Major Vladimir Bendlin took his story seriously.

MAJOR BENDLIN'S INVESTIGATION

The next day, Bendlin went to Nurdinov’s parents, taking with him a camera, a video camera and a voice recorder. We owe almost everything that is now known about the Kyshtym dwarf to the caring major. Bendlin removed the mummy and, returning to the department, asked to register the find, but he was refused. At the same time, they hinted that it would be nice to do business, and not chase mythical humanoids. Therefore, the major conducted the investigation in his free time.

It wasn't just curiosity. The major did not reject the possibility that the mummy is the corpse of a premature baby, which means there are grounds for initiating a criminal case: “I believe that such information should be seriously verified, because there are a lot of rumors. Here, human deformity to a strong degree, and some mutations related to ecology are possible, or this is a truly phenomenal case of the viability of a human embryo, or a criminal miscarriage. This story definitely required research.”

Bendlin decided to turn to specialists. Pathologist S. Samoshkin immediately said that these were not human remains, judging by the structure of the skeleton and skull. But he could not answer the question of what it was, since he had never seen anything like it. Genetic testing was required, but its cost was too high. And for an official analysis it was necessary to initiate a criminal case.

The investigation has reached a dead end. And then someone advised the major to contact the “Star Academy of UFO-contact using the Zolotov method,” located in Kamensk-Uralsky. That would have been the end of it, but the story suddenly took an almost detective turn. Information about the strange discovery leaked to the media, and a stir arose. After some time, Japanese television TV Tokio became interested in Alyoshenka. The Japanese film crew managed to find out that the Star Academy transferred the mummy for research to a research institute that was far from biology and anatomy. But the results of the study are kept secret.

A month later, a Japanese translator called Bendlin and said that their specialists wanted to meet with the main character of the story, Prosvirina. The old lady was of interest to the Japanese because for a long time communicated with a humanoid, so they wanted to examine her. We discussed the date, time and place of the meeting. When there was half an hour left before the meeting, the major, while at work, learned about the accident in which Prosvirina died. It is strange that the woman was in only a robe and barefoot. As for Alyoshenka, he disappeared forever. Where the mummy ended up after the research institute, no one knows what happened to it.

THE INVESTIGATION IS LEAD BY VADIM CHERNOBROV

A group of enthusiasts from the Cosmopoisk association, led by its coordinator Vadim Chernobrov, began a detailed study of this story. Vadim believes that Tamara Prosvirina was not crazy. It’s just that the troubles that she had to endure taught her to be sensitive to the misfortunes of others. Her only son was in prison, her grandson Alyosha died. The woman had almost no relatives. And the fact that she went to the cemetery at night is a journalist’s invention. And, according to Tamara herself, she found the strange creature in the forest, and not in the cemetery. Besides, the woman acted like any other sane person. She turned to doctors for help, but they just waved it off: “We don’t treat aliens and we’re not obligated to treat them! During the investigation, more and more new details emerged. According to Vadim, the “ufologists” who seized Bendlin’s mummy told the Komsomolskaya Pravda journalist that they allegedly did not take the dwarf to Kamensk-Uralsky. Near the “78th kilometer” sign in front of their car, a UFO descended from the sky, and several dwarfs who came out took the body of their comrade. But! Chernobrov: “I decided to simply check the facts; go to the specified “scene of the incident.” I drove the entire route and became convinced that the “78th kilometer” sign did not exist, nor did the 78th kilometer itself.”

Vadim assures that the mummy is still in the possession of the mastermind of that same Kamensk-Ural society. The Japanese tried to buy it from him, offering quite a large sum, but the negotiations reached a dead end, since the owner was not satisfied with it. And the Japanese television company could not afford a more expensive purchase.

But Chernobrov was still lucky. In his hands was a piece of fabric on which the Kyshtym dwarf lay and died. The researcher was able to conduct an examination. I asked Nurdinov not to tell anyone about what happened yet. And he also ordered him not to put this corpse anywhere, not to hide it and not to hand it over to anyone.
Returning to the department, I told everything to my partner, investigator Vladimir Bendlin, who began an unofficial investigation into this case.. There was no official investigation, we acted unofficially. What we said actually existed. Many specialists examined this corpse - both pathologists and gynecologists, and they all assure that this is not the corpse of a person or a human child. He looked completely different. The structure of the skeleton and skull did not look human at all. Even if some creature can mutate very strongly, then to such an extent it is impossible!

It was clear that the mummy had been dried without any saline solutions, just in the sun. The creature's skeleton was severely deformed, and it was difficult to determine anything. At the very least, there was a strong resemblance to a premature human fetus. On the other hand, this creature was very different from a human. Due to the nature of my service, I had to see criminal miscarriages and so on, but this is completely different: a miscarriage has a very large head and a small body, but here there was a proportional structure, that is, the head corresponded in size to an already relatively developed body. I decided to collect more information and somehow document what happened. Our duty department did not register this event: “Why is this? There’s no point.”

I found out that Nurdinov lived in the apartment of a woman whose mother-in-law was mentally unstable. She walks through cemeteries, collects all sorts of flowers from graves, and even brings home photographs of deceased people on metal ceramics. I knew her by type of work - it was Tamara Vasilievna Prosvirina. She was registered with a psychiatrist. She was taken to a psychiatric hospital several times because she had relapses and breakdowns. Her son was serving a sentence in a correctional labor institution at that time.

She lived in the village of Kalinovo. This woman led a secluded life. Her daughter-in-law, also Prosvirina Tamara, said that when her mother-in-law discovered this creature, it was viable and lived in her apartment for about a month. It took food and made some sounds. The look and expression on his face were meaningful. There was practically no discharge, only some substance appeared on the body, similar to sweat, without odor. She kept him swaddled like a baby and called him her baby. She said that this is “Alyoshenka, I registered him in my last name, and he will live with me.” Prosvirina didn’t show it to almost anyone.

That's how it lived with her for some time. The daughter-in-law herself watched as her mother-in-law fed this creature. According to the daughter-in-law, it was capable of eating caramel candy. If we are talking about a premature human embryo, then this is simply impossible. The daughter-in-law explained that the skin of this creature was the color of a switched-off picture tube, the body was gelatinous, and the physique was of average fatness. Tamara said that “Alyoshenka” made some articulate sounds. The form of communication was as follows - he squealed in response to light and moving objects. He looked like a very sick person. This creature apparently suffered greatly.
After some time, the daughter-in-law found out that the mother-in-law was again admitted to a psychiatric hospital, and when she was hospitalized, the creature was left alone in the house. Naturally, it could not eat on its own. And since the daughter-in-law was very busy man, she was not able to visit the apartment often. I asked the pathologist to examine this creature, for which he took it to our city morgue. The pathologist examined him in the presence of a paramedic and stated that at least 90% he was not human. The skeletal structure of a humanoid is very different from that of a human, especially the pelvic bones, which are designed for both upright walking and on all fours. The forelimbs are also very different in length from human ones. The hands are designed as if they were feet. Apparently, this creature could move in any conditions and in any way, overcome any obstacles.

The doctor said that in order to accurately draw conclusions about the nature of this creature, a DNA examination is necessary. We changed tactics. Evgeniy and I, as well as the Zhelutdinovs, fire department workers, who joined us, began to investigate further. Rais Zhelutdinov told me that 200 km from us, in Kamensk-Uralsky Sverdlovsk region, there is a ufological society called “Star Academy UFO-contact using the Zolotov method.” Rais told me that this is an authoritative person, he showed it in the encyclopedia: Zolotov, scientist, academician. The head of this organization, Semenkova Galina, an intelligent, polite, intellectually advanced woman, said that two of her girls would investigate this creature and tell where it came from. We went to where the mummy was. They examined it, moved their hands over it and said that this creature has a biological component, but it is an artificial creature. It was programmed to explore environment, living space and, naturally, performed some secondary functions. He was sent by the space fleet under the control of captain “FE” to make further contacts with some highly developed civilization.

All this, of course, sounded doubtful, but there was at least some interpretation of events. I'm not an expert in such areas. I thought that since they really believed in this matter, that is, they are the same romantics who can be trusted with anything, then these people will carry out the necessary examinations and, in the end, will clarify everything.
They ended up taking the mummy. They said that they were taking it for research and in the near foreseeable future they would establish its origin and provide us with documentary evidence.

After some time, I called these people and asked how the research was going. I was told not to worry, they were studying the mummy. They suggested: “Come to our seminar, but it will cost you money.” Then they said that this would be important for me, they would open additional channels of communication for me, and I would become almost a demigod. I replied that I don’t take such bait, and asked to tell me the result of the study of the mummy. After some time, they got through to Zhemaldinov and told him that it was an ordinary miscarriage...

Soon this story took a new turn, almost detective. Information about a strange creature has reached the media mass media, and the reaction began, like ripples in water.

But this subject was clearly not human.

Prosvirina’s neighbor is completely sane and sane. The reliability of her story is beyond doubt. At least I had confidence in her. So, while she was looking at the stranger, there was a knock on the door. Opening it, this woman saw her neighbor - not Prosvirina, but another. Evgeniy and I gained fame as researchers of such phenomena, and people began to tell us all sorts of strange things. I wanted to document every piece of evidence of this kind in writing, collect sketches of what they saw, have a map of the city to mark, date, etc. But work didn’t allow me to do this, because I have practically no free time. We spend two thirds of our day on work, the rest on food and sleep. But, of course, I had some materials. There have been several serious incidents at work here. It has been suggested that, at first glance, this is a creature that is not found on Earth. They offered to conduct an examination at the Chelyabinsk Forensic Bureau, where genetic research is carried out, but the owner of this corpse refused everything and said that he would decide what to do with it. Then the corpse was taken away, and its further fate is unknown to me.

- Can anything be said about the limbs? About their length and other parameters?
- The proportionality of the skeletal structure did not meet the normal standards of the average person. The arms, presumably - if they had been able to straighten them, since the corpse was mummified - reached somewhere to the level of the knees. I repeat, presumably. I did not straighten the limbs, because the question was not to touch the corpse at all. The second creature found its death almost twenty years ago near the town of Sapinas, on the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico.

Suddenly he saw several small creatures about thirty centimeters high. One of them tried to grab the Chinese man by the pant leg, and clearly not with bad intentions. Police officer Osvaldo Santiago responded to the alarm and confiscated a container of strange creature and brought it to show the unusual find to his wife. With her light hand, or rather her tongue, the whole district soon knew about the find. Local businessman Raffaele Baerga, intrigued by the story, asked her to bring a container with a small creature, sent several photographs in the presence of witnesses and called television, but the journalists did not have time to arrive: a policeman appeared and took the container with the body (in the interests of the investigation).
